We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Simply Mone’ Designs.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in original condition
• Be free of stains, odors, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked final sale
• Worn or washed items
• Gift cards

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
